MATTHEW MODINE
By the time he was offered the starring role in Kubrick's 'Full Metal Jacket', Modine had alread worked with some of our finest directors, including Alan Parker, John Sayles and Robert Altman. In subsequent years, Modine has delivered indelible performances in high profile films like 'Gross Anatomy', 'And the Band Played On' and 'Any Given Sunday'. JAMES B. HARRIS
Harris approached Kubrick with a proposal for a production partnership following a successful stint in sales and distribution. He produced Kubrick's 'The Killing', 'Paths of Glory' and 'Lolita' prior to embarking on his own successful directing career. Harris's films include 'The Bedford Incident' and 'Cop'.
LEON VITALI
Vitali portrayed Lord Bullington in Kubrick's 'Barry Lyndon' and went on to assist Kubrick in each of his future films for the next 24 years. He was essential in the casting process, conducting an exhaustive search before he discovered young actor Danny Lloyd for 'The Shining', and he worked closely with actor R. Lee Ermey during the production of 'Full Metal Jakcet'. Vitali also plays the character of Red Cloak in Kubrick's final film 'Eyes Wide Shut'.
MALCOLM MCDOWELL
McDowell landed the role of a lifetime with Alex in 'A Clockwork Orange'. After creating one of the towering performances in the history of cinema, McDoweel became one of the most revered actors in the industry, delivering equally unforgettable performances in films like 'If...' and Robert's Altman's 'The Company'.
NEIL LABUTE
LaBute is the tremendously talented and controversial writer/director of 'In the Company of Men', 'Your Friends and Neighbors', 'Nurse Betty', 'The Shape of Things' and 'Lakeview Terrace'. Kubrick's 'Barry Lyndon' is one of his favorite films.
GARRETT BROWN

VINCENT LoBRUTTO
LoBrutto authored the first full-length biography of Stanley Kubrick in his remarkable work 'Stanley Kubrick: A Biography', for which he interviewed more than 70 of Kubrick's friends, collaborators and admirers. LoBrutto recently penned a biography of Martin Scorsese, and is currently developing a similar treatment of director Ridley Scott.

Falsetto is a professor of cinema studies at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, where he utilizies his impressive areas of expertise in contemporary American Cinema; experimental film; independent narrative film; the films of Stanley Kubrick, Nicolas Roeg, Stan Brakhage, Federico Fellini, Terence Davies, Martin Scorsese, David Lynch, and John

RANDY RASMUSSEN
Rasmussen is the author of 'Stanley Kubrick: 7 Films Analyzed', an
intensive, scene-by-scene analysis of Kubrick's most mature work-seven meticulously wrought films, from Dr. Strangelove to Eyes Wide Shut. He has also authored a similar exploration on the films of Orson Welles.
KEITH UHLICH
Uhlich is the editor of The House Next Door, where he submits insightful film criticism as well. He is also a staff film writer for Time Out New York.
RICHARD ANDERSON
In his long and distinguished career, Anderson has acted alongside the masters of the art form, including Spencer Tracy, Laurence Olivier and Kirk Douglas. He portrayed Maj. Saint-Auban in Kubrick's 'Paths of Glory'. He is perhaps best known for his role as Oscar Goldman in the classic television series 'The Six Million Dollar Man'.
CURTIS TSUI
Tsui is a producer for The Criterion Collection, the renowned home entertainment company that specializes in the restoration of classic or obscure cinema. Tsui recently produced the company's Blu-ray release of Kubrick's classic anti-war film 'Paths of Glory'.
LARRY SMITH
Smith worked as a chief electrician on 'Barry Lyndon', a gaffer on 'The Shining', and as the cinematographer of 'Eyes Wide Shut'. In 2008, he photographed the critically acclaimed 2008 film 'Bronson'.
JULIENNE DAVIS
Davis played Amanda Curran in Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut', the mystery woman (and possible murder victim) who assists Tom Cruise's character in the film. Davis also appeared in 'House of 9'.
STUART Y. MCDOUGAL
McDougal is a visiting scholar at Cornell University. His in-depth book titled 'Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange' chronicles the making of Kubrick's extraordinary film, and its enduring legacy that carries on to this day.
DAN RICHTER
Richter played the pivotal role of Moonwatcher in Kubrick's '2001: A Space Odyssey', and became an integral part of cinematic history with an iconic moment in the Dawn of Man sequence. Richter chronciled his '2001' experience in his book 'Moonwatcher's Memoir'.
PETER BISKIND
At one time the feature editor for Premiere magazine, Biskind has authored several acclaimed books on cinema, including 'Easy Riders, Raging Bulls', 'Down and Dirty Pictures', and 'Star: How Warren Beatty Seduced America'.
PETER HYAMS
Kubrick was a major influence on director and cinematographer Hyams, who has built a resume of terrific films, including 'Capricorn One', 'Running Scared', and '2010: The Year We Make Contact', the sequel to Kubrick's legendary '2001: A Space Odyssey'.
ANDY ARMSTRONG
Armstrong began his feature film career as an assistant director on Kubrick's 'Barry Lyndon', then went on to similar duties on terrific films like 'The Dresser' and 'Hope and Glory'. He is also a highly esteemed stunt coordinator, where he has worked in some of the most beloved films of the past 25 years. His latest work in this capacity include the films 'Thor', 'The Green Hornet' and the new incarnation of 'Spiderman'.
BRIAN W. COOK
Cook served as the assistant director on Kubrick's 'Barry Lyndon', 'The Shining' and 'Eyes Wide Shut', and would later go on to direct 'Color Me Kubrick' starring John Malkovich as Alan Conway, a man who posed as Kubrick during the production of his last film in order to gain social status. As an assistant director, Cook has collaborated with filmmakers as diverse as Brian De Palma, Sean Penn and Michael Cimino.
ED SIKOV
Sikov is a film scholar and author who penned the insightful 'Mr. Strangelove: A Biography of Peter Sellers'.
SHIRLEY DOUGLAS
One of the Canada's premier stage actors, Douglas began her career in the role of Mrs. Starch in Kubrick's 'Lolita'.
SHANE RIMMER
Rimmer played Captain Ace Owens in 'Dr. Strangelove', a member of the hapless air force squad led by Slim Pickens. Rimmer has had a long and varied career in film and television with roles in iconic projects like 'Star Wars', 'Superman II', 'Reds', and the TV series 'Thunderbirds'.
ERICH KUERSTEN
Kuersten is an academic advisement counselor dean of the liberal arts and sciences program at Pratt University in Brooklyn. He writes about film, music, and culture from a "gonzo-theoretical" perspective for sites like Acidemic and Bright Lights Film Journal.
R. BARTON PALMER
Palmer is Calhoun Lemon Professor of Literature, Professor of Film and Screenwriting, British Literature at Clemson University and the author of many books on literature and film. He has written extensively about Kubrick's work, including an essay for Jerold Abrams' 'The Philosophy of Stanley Kubrick'.
IAN WATSON
Watson collaborated with Kubrick for the better part of a year on the screen story for 'A.I.', which would eventually be directed by Steven Speilberg following Kubrick's death. He is a renowned author of science fiction novels.
FAY MASTERSON
Masterson portrayed the character of Sally in Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut'. She's deliviered a string of memorable performances both in film ('A Christmas Carol', 'The Quick and the Dead') and television (CSI: Miami, Sex and the Austen Girl).
BARRY KRUSCH
Krusch has written essays on everything from media and psychology to politics and the constitution. His cinema writings have largely centered on the works of Stanley Kubrick, and can be found in his exhaustive ongoing analysis in the Kubrick FAQ, and in his newly released analysis of 'Eyes Wide Shut'.
STEVE MAMBER
Mamber teaches in the Cinema and Media Studies Program of the Department of Film, Television and Digital Media at UCLA - Berkley. He is a founding member of the Los Angeles Film Critics Association. His writings on Stanley Kubrick include an examination of 'A Clockwork Orange' and Kubrick's use of spacial concepts throughout his films.

Professor Shaw is the managing editor of the Film and Philosophy journal, and serves as Chair of the philosophy department at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. His examination of Kubrick's work, titled 'Nihilism and Freedom in the Films of Stanley Kubrick', appread in the book 'The Philosophy of Stanley Kubrick'.

BILL BLAKEMORE
Blakemore is an ABC News reporter who primarily covers the Catholic Church and global warming issues. In 1987, Blakemore penned a widely read and highly influential essay for the Washington Post on Kubrick's 'The Shining', where he observed the film's veiled preoccupation with the genocide of the American Indian.
TONY FREWIN
Frewin was Kubrick's assistant for over 30 years beginning with '2001: A Space Odyssey'. He would later write the screenplay for Brian W. Cook's 'Color Me Kubrick', and serves as the producer of Jan Harlan's documentary 'Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures'. Frewin is also an acclaimed novelist.

He lives on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Stanley Kubrick's old neighborhood. His collaborations with Kubrick include 'The Shining', 'Full Metal Jacket' and 'Eyes Wide Shut'.

Watts is best known for his producing duties on the 'Star Wars' and 'Indiana Jones' films. He began his career as a production manager on '2001: A Space Odyssey'.

His influential book, The Wolf at the Door, explores the remarkable formal and
substantive patterns of cinematic discourse on Germany and the Holocaust
in Stanley Kubrick's films.
TONY MACKLIN
Macklin is a freelance film critic. A current member of the Las Vegas Film Critics Society, he is a former film and literature professor at the University of Dayton, and the former editor of the filmcrit magazine Film Heritage. His articles and reviews have been most recently featured at Rotten Tomatoes and The Internet Movie Database, as well as in the Bright Lights Film Journal and The Fayetteville Free Weekly.
